If you've found this letter, my dad's obviously gone back to New Dodge. I don't know how far gone he is exactly and I hope he can at least function a bit on his own. I don't know everything that happened, not as well as the others on Earth One, but he fried his brain with dark matter. His intelligence and general functions have been getting broken down piece by piece since he apparently tried to boost it to max, I guess.

The team's been trying to fix this. To figure out a way to get his mind fixed, but right now, Earth One's dealing with a lot more trouble and they need to try and stop the end of the world as it is right now.

If you found him and happen to be reading this letter, get him somewhere that can help him. Please. Thanks.

Jesse Wells

The season runs similar to how it did in the actual series. The big differences are that Harry obviously has fire power. So his throwing things in frustration include that. Along with him throwing a fireball and a surprise to The Thinker. Which threw at least a temporary wrench into things as he was forced to look at other options for that. Not like DeVoe thought he'd actually be somewhere completely different. And get mutant powers of his own. Those were thoughts he didn't think would happen.

However, beyond that and the whole group finding out it was Savitar who gave him the powers thus a brief pause in teamwork because 'what the fuck man', the season went the same. Including and most importantly: The mind cap. He will be coming back to New Dodge with his mind almost completely ruined from where it was. Barely able to come up with single word responses. By the point the team fully found out what was happening, they tried convincing him to let them keep notes on him. Just in case he disappeared back to New Dodge. Not even Jesse could get him to agree to it. Even after he reluctantly agreed to a cuff on his wrist. A power dampener he wouldn't be able to remove. Not without outside help, at least.

So, once even Cecille reading his mind couldn't help him relay messages that include his intelligence, he caved and let them slip messages onto his person. He wasn't happy. But he had some understanding that it was needed. Of course, he's gotten multiple notes at multiple times from the team. Such as Joe and Jesse having vague ones. Others maybe having a bit more detail.

Sum up of how he'll be when he returns: Harry will have none of his intelligence, at least not as strong as he used to have. His control of his abilities will be slim to none, thus the cuffs Cisco designed specifically for him.

Why do you think your character would work in this setting?

He accepted the offer because he figured if somewhere needed help he may as well help. He'll be a bit frustrated at being here with Savitar, and be frustrating to others because of who he is, but he would soften up. Eventually.

How do you plan to expand their CR?

Harry would be doctor to a majority of the meta humans, probably, so he would make contact with them for that purpose as well as attempt to be social. Not being comfortable, but given he could have the chances to contact his daughter and everyone else back home, at least on Earth 1, he'd be pushed into going to social gatherings, no doubt. Also, I mean, there's bound to be a future Team Flash-esque team here, after all.

What will your character do for work?

Meta-human doctor and at least contact for projects in the labs as needed. ~~TEAM FLASH YES~~

Inventory:

Clothing, notebooks, some equipment and tools he believes could be useful, mostly handheld. One gun as a precaution for the trip, at least.
